About the Job
You have to work on handling customer service before, during, and after the sale of products or services.Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
2. Resolve queries, complaints, and provide accurate information
3. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers
4. Follow communication scripts and process guidelines
5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality
Note:
1. Salary - 25k inhand + attendance bonus + incentive
2. 5 days working with any 2 weeks off
3. 24*7 night shifts and rotational shifts
