We’re known for our exceptional craftsmanship, making grand sculptures accessible for personal collections and gifting.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
2. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently and empathetically.
3. Monitor customer interactions and provide data-driven insights to improve service quality.
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.
5. Maintain and update accurate customer records in the CRM system.
6. Assist in developing customer retention and loyalty programs.
7. Ensure timely follow-ups via calls, emails, or chats across all customer interactions.
8. Meet service-level agreements and contribute to overall team targets.
Annual CTC estimate:
1. ₹1.6 – ₹3 LPA (based on experience and interview performance) + incentives upon achieving sales target.
2. Performance-based incentives will be provided upon achieving targets.
