Key responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
2. Respond promptly to inbound leads via email, phone, or chat.
3. Assist customers with product inquiries, including features, pricing, and availability.
4. Provide quotations and assist with purchase decisions.
5. Resolve pre-purchase concerns such as product compatibility or customization options.
6. Address post-purchase issues like installation support, defects, returns, or replacements.
7. Manage warranty claims, repair, and replacement requests professionally.
8. Gather and relay customer feedback to improve the overall experience.
9. Maintain an active CRM and sales funnel to track interactions and pipeline progress.
10. Sell products in-studio by engaging walk-in customers and offering tailored solutions.
