About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Performing accurate data entry and ensuring the consistency and integrity of information across systems
2. Managing and organizing datasets using tools like MS Excel, including sorting, filtering, using formulas, and creating pivot tables
3. Supporting compliance documentation by maintaining well-structured and updated records in line with organizational standards
4. Assisting in maintaining and updating databases, ensuring data is correctly stored, retrieved, and maintained for operational use
5. Preparing data reports and summaries to support internal analysis and decision-making processes
6. Conducting reconciliations of records such as transaction logs, inventory lists, or customer data to identify and resolve discrepancies
7. Assisting in internal audits, data reviews, and quality checks, helping ensure the accuracy and reliability of operational data
8. Staying informed on data handling best practices and improving data quality, accuracy, and workflow efficiency
