About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Act as a liaison between students and teachers to ensure smooth class coordination
2. Address and resolve queries or concerns raised by students and teachers
3. Monitor and follow up to ensure student retention and class continuity
4. Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback
5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall student experience
6. Support in onboarding new students and providing them with guidance
7. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department in a timely manner
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
2. Show strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
3. Possess experience in academic advising, student support, or a similar educational role
4. Multitask and manage time effectively
5. Maintain a collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
6. Be proficient in using MS Office and student management tools
7. Have prior experience in the education or EdTech industry (preferred)
