We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and problem-solving Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
4. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
5. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
7. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, product) to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features or services.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Proven customer support or client service experience is a plus
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
5. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
