About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Data Handling & Maintenance
1. Collect, cleanse, and validate data from multiple sources (internal systems, spreadsheets, third-party feeds).
2. Maintain and update MIS systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
B. Reporting & Dashboards
1. Design, build, and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards.
2. Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
C. Data Accuracy & Quality Assurance
1. Implement data-quality checks and reconciliation processes.
2. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
D. Cross-Department Coordination
1. Liaise with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored reports.
2. Train end-users on MIS tools and best practices for data entry and interpretation.
E. Process Improvement
1. Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and reporting cycles.
2. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update data-governance guidelines.
