About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and on-ground platforms
2. Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and production teams for campaign deliverables
3. Support content development – social media copies, video scripts, moodboards, PPTs, etc.
4. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend spotting
5. Help with event and shoot coordination (pre-production & on-ground tasks)
6. Manage and track campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance reports
7. Participate in brainstorms and contribute fresh ideas to real client projects
8. Research and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls
9. Make cold calls to generate leads and schedule meetings for the core team
