About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Digital Marketing & Growth
1. Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
2. Drive community growth through social engagement, influencer collaborations, and compelling content strategies.
B. Content Creation & Storytelling
1. Develop engaging scripts, visuals, and short-form videos, including daily drills, family workouts, and motivational tips.
2. Collaborate with designers or content creators to ensure a consistent and distinctive brand voice.
C. Analytics & Optimization
1. Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CAC, engagement, and retention.
2. Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and channel strategies to continually improve performance.
D. Community Building
1. Cultivate and nurture an engaged online fitness community.
2. Launch challenges, gather and share user stories, and facilitate peer-to-peer engagement.
3. Respond to comments and interactions, fostering strong relationships and protecting the brand’s reputation.
E. Partnerships & Collaborations
1. Identify, engage, and onboard early-stage affiliates, local wellness influencers, and family-oriented fitness partners.
