About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube
2. Generate high-quality teacher and student leads targeting niche domains like SAP, Spoken English, and Physics
3. Plan and execute effective SEO strategies to rank on competitive keywords
4. Coordinate with content writers for blogs, articles, and landing page optimization
5. Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
6. Design festival creatives, reels, and promotional posts tailored to educational services
7. Build and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Sendinblue
8. Retarget cold leads and improve conversions via automated drip campaigns
9. Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM data
10. Suggest actionable improvements to enhance conversion and retention rates
11. Collaborate with onboarding and sales teams to design digital campaigns for internship and training programs
12. Understand competitor strategies (e.g., Vedantu, Byjus, UrbanPro) and optimize digital positioning
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate proven digital marketing experience in EdTech or related B2C sectors
2. Use tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, SEMrush or Ubersuggest
3. Possess strong grasp of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and lead funnels
4. Show proficiency in basic design tools like Canva (Photoshop is a plus)
5. Apply an analytical mindset with an ROI-driven approach
6. Communicate effectively with strong creative thinking
7. Bring prior experience in marketing for online learning platforms or tutor aggregators
8. Understand the EdTech market and tutor behavior
9. Stay updated on trending digital learning models and content
