Key responsibilities:A. Content Creation & Social Media
1. Assist in writing and scheduling social media posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
2. Support in creating visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
3. Monitor engagement and suggest improvements based on performance metrics.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
5. Conduct keyword research using tools like Ubersuggest or Google Keyword Planner.
6. Optimize blog content, meta tags, and URLs for SEO.
7. Assist in backlink outreach and competitor analysis.
B. Email Marketing
1. Help draft and schedule newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp, Brevo, or HubSpot.
2. Run A/B tests on subject lines and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates.
3. Maintain and update mailing lists and segments.
4. Paid Advertising Support
5. Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
6. Gather data and prepare basic performance reports for ongoing ad campaigns.
C. Analytics & Reporting
1. Track and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics via Google Analytics and Search Console.
2. Support in creating weekly performance dashboards and presentations.
3. Use insights to suggest optimizations for content and campaigns.
D. Market & Competitor Research
1. Research industry trends and competitors’ digital presence.
2. Identify opportunities for growth or new content topics based on market insights.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
4. Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
5. Support the marketing team in day-to-day campaign execution and administrative tasks.
