Job overview:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and posting engaging content across our digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support marketing goals.
Key responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
Write clear, compelling copy for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials
Create basic visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Express (optional: coordinate with graphic designers)
Research trends and topics relevant to the brand and audience
2. Social Media Management:
Plan and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor performance and engagement, and respond to comments/messages
Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
3. Campaign Support:
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement ideas
Track content performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Strong writing and communication skills in English
Working knowledge of social media platforms and trends
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Later, or similar schedulers (a plus)
Creative mindset and attention to detail
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, or related field
Good knowledge of digital software’s such as canva, capcut and VN editor and photoshop.
1–3 years of experience in a content/marketing role
Basic understanding of SEO and analytics (Google/Instagram/Facebook)
