Key responsibilities:1. Regularly post and update blogs and service pages on the company website
2. Schedule and manage daily/weekly content across social media platforms
3. Run and monitor email marketing campaigns and newsletters
4. Coordinate with design and sales teams to create branded content
5. Analyze website and social media performance and suggest improvements
6. Stay updated on digital trends, especially in the HR and business consultancy space
7. Google Ads and SEO management of the website to make it on top of Google search
