About the Job
We’re seeking a proactive and smart Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing and expanding all online and offline sales partnerships for Calmirize. This role requires a deep understanding of how both online marketplaces and offline retail channels work — plus the initiative to identify, pitch, negotiate, and nurture partnerships that align with our brand’s vision.Key responsibilities:
1. Identify, approach, and onboard online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, retail chains, salons, and boutique stores that align with Calmirize’s positioning.
2. Act as the main point of contact for all online and offline sales partners.
3. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product visibility, sell-through, and brand awareness across all partner channels.
4. Coordinate listing, cataloguing, pricing, promotions, and brand representation on online portals (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.) as well as in offline stores.
5. Monitor partner performance and sales data; analyze insights to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
6. Plan and execute trade marketing activities, in-store promotions, pop-ups, and offline brand activations.
7. Collaborate with the internal creative and digital teams to develop co-branded campaigns and promotional material for partners.
8. Negotiate terms, offers, and visibility opportunities to ensure the best positioning for Calmirize products.
9. Maintain excellent relationships with partner stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
10. Stay updated on competitor activities, new marketplace trends, retail opportunities, and industry best practices.
11. Proactively suggest new ideas, partnerships, or tactics to expand market reach.
