About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage and grow social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
2. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation
3. Run paid ads (PPC, CPL, CPC) on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
4. Drive YouTube promotions and implement video content strategies
5. Execute WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns
6. Assist in planning and promoting webinars and online events
7. Use ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for content writing and campaign support
8. Work on conversion-focused campaigns to maximize ROI
9. Set up and manage Meta Pixel tracking for accurate data insights
10. Maintain and update basic WordPress pages and content
11. Manage CRM software for lead tracking and customer data
12. Prepare campaign reports and track performance metrics using Excel
13. Design basic creatives using Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Figma
Requirements:
1. Possess practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and ad platforms
2. Understand campaign performance metrics like CPC, CPL, and ROI
3. Demonstrate hands-on skills in Excel for data tracking and reporting
4. Design creatives using Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma
5. Show basic knowledge of WordPress and content AI tools like ChatGPT
6. Work independently and collaboratively in a team
7. Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills
