About the Job
As a Social Media Strategist at Creative House, you’ll lead the digital storytelling for our clients across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You’ll create monthly content strategies, brainstorm campaign ideas, analyze insights, and ensure brand consistency and growth across channels.This role is perfect for someone who understands internet culture, keeps up with trends, and can align creative ideas with brand goals — while collaborating with content creators, designers, and editors.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop platform-specific social media strategies for multiple clients
2. Create monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and post briefs
3. Collaborate with the design and production teams to execute content
4. Track analytics, monitor growth, and optimize based on insights
5. Engage with online communities and respond to trends in real time
6. Research competitors and stay updated on platform algorithm changes
7. Contribute ideas for reels, stories, and brand voice refinement
You should have:
1+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn
Ability to ideate creatively and think visually
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Creator Studio, etc.)
Excellent communication and writing skills
Passion for storytelling, culture, design, and all things creative
Bonus points if you:
Have experience in influencer marketing
Can write witty copy and one-liners
Love food, fashion, or lifestyle content
Are familiar with tools like Notion, Canva, or scheduling platforms
