Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain server-side logic and APIs using Django
2. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver integrated web applications
3. Work with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and manage schema migrations
4. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the development stack
7. Learn and follow best practices in Django development, security, and scalability
