About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Inspect, diagnose, and repair drones and related components
2. Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal drone performance
3. Replace or repair defective parts such as motors, propellers, and cameras
4. Assemble new drones and calibrate them for specific operations
5. Configure flight controllers and other systems as per requirements
6. Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or firmware
7. Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks to troubleshoot performance issues
8. Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and upgrades
9. Create and update technical manuals or service reports as needed
10. Test repaired or newly assembled drones to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards
11. Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to understand requirements
12. Provide technical support during drone operations as needed
