About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary functional expert for Tez ERP users by engaging directly to understand, diagnose, and meticulously resolve complex queries across key modules including order management, taxation, accounting, inventory management, reporting, and production.
2. Analyze ERP modules and consult users by investigating user-reported issues through screen sharing and remote assistance to replicate scenarios and deliver expert step-by-step solutions for effective issue resolution and optimized system usage.
3. Translate complex ERP functionalities into actionable solutions by ensuring user understanding and promoting adoption of best practices for data entry, process execution, and accurate report generation across all integrated modules.
