2. Team management and tracking: Provide effective leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams. Implement robust systems for project tracking and performance monitoring. Ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives
3. Business development and growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expansion. Identify and resolve operational challenges that hinder growth. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and optimization
4. Hiring and planning: Lead the recruitment and selection of top talent to support business growth. Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure a high-performing team. Create and execute effective workforce plans to meet business objectives
