About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary entrepreneur in residence (EIR) to drive innovation, explore new business opportunities, and support the overall growth of our organization. This role is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong business acumen, and the ability to identify, develop, and scale new ventures. As an EIR, you will work closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to conceptualize and execute high-impact business strategies. This is a 24/7 role with no fixed timings; you will be expected to work as and when required to bring transformative ideas to life.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying & evaluating opportunities: Research market trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors to identify business opportunities that align with our strategic goals.
2. Business model development: Work with internal teams to develop and validate innovative business models that can be successfully scaled.
3. Product development: Lead the ideation, prototyping, and launch of new products/services based on market insights and customer needs.
4. Strategic partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with industry leaders, investors, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
5. Mentorship & guidance: Provide strategic mentorship to internal teams and startup founders, sharing insights from your entrepreneurial journey.
6. Entrepreneurial leadership: Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and experimentation within the organization.
7. Risk management: Assess potential risks related to new ventures and develop strategies to mitigate them.
8. Performance tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of new initiatives.
