About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the co-founder.
2. Manage the co-founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring optimal time utilization.
3. Handle correspondence, calls, and emails with professionalism and confidentiality.
4. Coordinate and prepare materials for high-level meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
5. Track key action items and ensure timely follow-ups across departments and stakeholders.
6. Support the execution of PR strategies and manage relationships with media and external agencies.
7. Conduct research, prepare briefs, and provide insights on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
8. Organize events, conferences, and networking engagements aligned with the Founder’s strategic goals.
9. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high standards of integrity at all times.
