About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Assist the pre-sales team by engaging with prospects across multiple channels who want to import white-labeled products from India
2. Conduct research, prepare documentation and quotes, learn new tools, and identify/solve problems
3. Work on multiple projects and initiatives, contributing to sales, marketing, product, and growth
4. Participate in ongoing training, seminars, demos, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience in projects or side hustles beyond regular coursework
2. Exceptional written, spoken, and communication skills
3. Good proficiency in basic math, Excel, PPT, and general knowledge of world geographies
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new digital tools
5. Comfortable working with customers across multiple time zones, languages, and currencies
6. Foreign language skills or prior startup/early-stage experience is a plus
