Key Responsibilities:1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements

3. Manage vendor relationships by negotiating contracts, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring timely payments
4. Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
5. Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
6. Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory requirements to avoid any legal issues
7. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the business
