About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2C lead generation, networking.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Present, promote, and sell travel products and services to prospective clients.
4. Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
5. Follow up with leads and maintain timely communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
7. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using tools.
8. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
