About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design ethnic/fusion apparel collections — from research and concept boards to sketches, tech packs, and sampling
2. Conduct trend research in silhouettes, prints, and embroidery techniques relevant to the Indian market
3. Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments from vendor bases (offline and online)
4. Collaborate with artisans and sampling units for prototyping
5. Coordinate with production, marketing, and styling teams for shoot prep and campaign execution
6. Assist in creating mood boards, lookbooks, and content ideas around launches
