About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Research design ideas on Indian ethnic wear clothing
2. Research embroidery and print patterns including Ajrakhs, Kalamkaris, Dabu, Pichwai, etc
3. Assist in sampling coordination, approvals, and revisions
4. Manage vendor relationships for stitching, trims, embroidery, etc to ensure quality and timely garment execution
5. Replicate best seller designs from the brand's own portfolio
Requirements:
1. Possess working knowledge of fashion design tools for silhouette, embroidery, and print
2. Hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in textile design, fashion design, or a related field
3. Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
4. Demonstrate good communication skills, especially in written English
5. Be a team player with a positive attitude and calm demeanor
6. Show ability to hustle and multitask
