Key responsibilities:1. Greet and assist walk-in customers in the store
2. Showcase and explain handmade trays and their unique features
3. Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products
4. Maintain cleanliness and display of products in the store
5. Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
6. Manage cash transactions or coordinate with the billing person
7. Take and track custom orders if required
8. Maintain daily sales records and report to the owner/manager
