About the Job
We are hiring a field marketing associate who will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities, representing the brand, and engaging with potential customers. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, enjoys working outside an office, and is passionate about customer interaction and brand-building.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in executing field campaigns like product demos, exhibitions, kiosks, activations, etc.
2. Engage directly with customers to promote products and generate leads.
3. Distribute marketing material (flyers, brochures, samples, merchandise) in target areas.
4. Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for smooth campaign execution.
5. Ensure event branding, setup, and teardown logistics are handled efficiently.
6. Represent the brand and ensure visibility at all events and field locations.
7.Report campaign performance, lead count, and field feedback to the marketing team.
8. Support live social media updates and on-ground content capture.
