About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct regular field visits to identify, approach, and onboard new customers across assigned territories.
2. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid persuasive communication and consultative sales techniques.
3. Build strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups, support, and consistent service delivery.
4. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track daily activities, lead status, and conversions using mobile reporting tools or CRM.
5. Understand customer requirements deeply and recommend the right product offerings to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
6. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform internal teams and adapt sales strategies.
7. Drive awareness through local networking, on-ground promotions, and referral generation to expand the customer base.
8. Collaborate with the internal operations and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience post-sale.
9. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the team’s overall performance.

Requirements:
1. 0 to 2 years of field sales or customer-facing experience (Freshers are welcome).
2. A graduation in any discipline is preferred.
3. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
4. An Android smartphone is compulsory for reporting and communication.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Target-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
7. Should be comfortable with field work and travel within the assigned territory.
