About the Job
Role overview:We’re looking for energetic and sharp Field Sales Executives to onboard PG/hostel owners onto the BedR platform. You’ll be the face of BedR on the ground—pitching our platform, getting listings live, and building strong relationships with property owners.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and visit PGs and hostels in target areas
2. Pitch BedR’s value proposition and onboard property owners
3. Collect property details (photos, pricing, amenities, etc.)
4. Coordinate with the backend team to ensure listings go live
5. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for listings and conversions
6. Share market feedback to improve sales approach
