About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Responding to the queries on Justdial & Indiamart: Promptly answer all incoming leads, ensuring that responses are professional, informative, and tailored to the needs expressed in the enquiry. This job will also include on-field sales
2. Maintaining a detailed record of all interactions with leads, including their needs, the status of the inquiries, etc.
3. Identifying and researching potential clients who would benefit from the company's services or products, finding out the person in charge of those decisions, and scheduling meetings for the same.
