About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
2. Conduct field visits and in-person meetings to understand client needs and present solutions
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
4. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements:
1. Possess a strong understanding of sales principles and field sales strategies
2. Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Show ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
4. Display high motivation and a results-driven mindset
5. Maintain good organizational and time-management skills
6. Hold prior experience in field sales or business development (preferred)
7. Be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
