About the Job
This position will execute sales in several Indian cities to grow from 25k clients to 100k across India.Key responsibilities:
1. Own the sales for hundreds of SMEs and work closely with sales leaders to achieve the company's vision.
2. Execute multi-city field sales across India.
3. Maximize salesperson efficiency & output through mentoring & counselling.
4. Execute processes to build customer personas & segmented targeting to maximize conversions.
5. Train the sales team to grow sales executives in the organisation.
