About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector including hotel chains restaurants, cafes, caterers and institutional buyers
2. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key accounts ensuring prompt resolution of client needs queries, and concerns
3. Understand the specific business needs of each account and offer customized product solutions promotions or packages suited for their operations
4. Achieve sales targets and revenue growth from existing and new HORECA clients through upselling cross-selling and consistent follow-ups
5. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends within the HORECA space to identify new opportunities and threats
6. Coordinate with the internal sales logistics, marketing and finance teams to ensure seamless product delivery invoicing and after-sales service
7. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess satisfaction gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
8. Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance data to senior management on a periodic basis
9. Plan and execute promotional activities, sampling campaigns and visibility drives within HORECA outlets to boost brand presence
10. Negotiate contract pricing and payment terms while ensuring compliance with company policies and profitability goals
11. Ensure product placement display standards and adherence to brand guidelines across key HORECA clients
