About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Lead generation & prospecting: Identify and approach new retail outlets such as bakeries, chip shops, sweet shops, and supermarkets in assigned areas.
2. Product promotion: Effectively communicate the value of Murli’s Namkeen products, including pricing, USPs (no palm oil, no preservatives), and available pack sizes.
3. Order booking & sales execution: Take and fulfill regular B2B orders, ensuring timely product delivery and payment collection (cash or digital).
4. Relationship management: Build strong, long-term relationships with retail partners for repeat business and referrals.
5. Market feedback: Gather customer feedback, competitor pricing, and demand trends to share with the internal team.
6. Daily reporting: Maintain records of visits, sales, payments, and customer interactions using the given tracking tools or Google Forms.
7. Territory coverage: Travel across designated zones (e.g., Whitefield, Marathahalli) using own bike to maximize coverage and efficiency.
