About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities through market research, cold calls, site visits, and referrals.
2. Conduct on-site client meetings, technical presentations, and machine demonstrations to promote the company’s products and solutions.
3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on application fit and value proposition.
4. Prepare and submit quotations & proposals and follow up diligently for order closure.
5. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within the framework of company policy.
6. Collaborate with Technical pre-sales teams to ensure accurate project scoping and seamless customer onboarding.
7. Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
8. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales progress in the company’s CRM system.
10. Participate in industry exhibitions, roadshows, and product launches as required.
11. Provide market feedback regarding competitor activity, pricing, customer trends, and potential new applications.
