About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and generate new business leads and convert them into sales
2. Conduct client visits, product presentations, and demos across Delhi/NCR
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships
4. Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets
5. Provide feedback from the market to support product and marketing improvements
Requirements:
1. Possess 1 year of sales experience in relevant industries (MBA freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
2. Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Work independently in a target-driven role
4. Have good knowledge of product categories: Bathware, Paints, Hardware, Tiles
5. Be comfortable with field visits in the Delhi/NCR region
