About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Promote and sell CleanCo FMCG products to retail outlets, supermarkets, local stores, and other retail outlets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
3. Identify new retail sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and provide excellent customer service to enhance product awareness and drive sales.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide feedback to the sales team.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activities.
9. Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up with clients for outstanding dues.
