About the Job
Hopcharge is dedicated to building the EV ecosystem by offering the world's first Grid-Free Energy subscription for electric vehicles. Our goal is to create a sustainable and alternate energy and mobility future for the world.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory
2. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends
4. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Key competencies:
1. Strong understanding of B2C sales prospecting and customer engagement cycles
2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
3. Confident in initiating cold conversations in person and via WhatsApp
4. Ability to tailor pitches based on customer persona and buying stage
5. Strong follow-up discipline and a hunger to convert leads into sales
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree or diploma is required
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
