About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and onboard apparel retailers, distributors, and fashion outlets in assigned territory.
2. Pitch the Celvestro product line with samples, brand story, and pricing.
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Maintain strong relationships with retailers for regular order flow.
5. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
6. Ensure product display, branding, and visibility at retail points.
7. Coordinate with the central team for stock, invoicing, and dispatch.
Requirements:
0–2 years of field sales experience (preferably in apparel, FMCG, or lifestyle products).
Strong local network in Bihar retail markets is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory.
