About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for all machine-related enquiries appointment of new customers
2. Regular visits to customers to develop business relationships
3. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs for new customer leads
4. Expansion of Sales to existing customers of the entire product region
5. Create techno-commercial proposals and responses to RFQ/RFPs
6. Develop and deliver product and technical presentations
7. Maintain a working knowledge of competitors, products, and services, and of emerging trends in the printing industry
8. Assist clients with ROI studies, equipment budgets, system requirements, and specifications
9. Conduct presentations and POCs and support technical due diligence with potential customers
10. Help the commercial manager in shaping the commercial offering, contracting strategy, and capture strategy, and prepare and pass the project view
11. Understand customer requirements and requests for quotations, and communicate contract technical and commercial requirements to senior management
12. Prepare and pass the business and sector risk reviews, and submit and present the technical offers to the customers
13. Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach
