Key responsibilities:1. Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and explain product offerings
2. Generate leads through on-ground activities, referrals, and follow-ups
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities to the manager
5. Gather market insights and customer feedback.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and persuasion skills
2. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
3. Confidence in explaining products face-to-face
4. Own a smartphone (mandatory)
5. Knowledge of sales and CRM tools
