About the Job
Role description:We are looking for an energetic and driven Real Estate Sales Executive to be part of our expanding team. The right candidate will be in charge of creating leads, leading prospects into clients, and taking them through the whole process of buying or leasing a property — from consultation to closing.
Key responsibilities:
1. Establish and nurture relationships with new clients and existing clients
2. Get familiar with client needs and recommend appropriate property options
3. Carry out site visits, describe features, benefits, costs, and close sales
4. Generate potential leads through networking, referrals, online sources, and follow-ups
5. Stay informed with the latest market trends, project launches, and competitor actions
6. Co-ordinate with developers, legal teams, and clients to facilitate smooth transaction closure
7. Keep precise records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales by using CRM tools
8. Attend property expos, promotional events, and help in marketing initiatives
Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Any discipline)
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a performance-oriented mindset
Knowledge of the South Pune real estate sector as an added advantage
Flexibility to commute within the city for site visits and client meetings
General knowledge of property documents and RERA compliance (training given)
