We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead the sales drive for our international fragrance brand in Mumbai.
Experience: In FMCG, personal care, or fragrance sales
Location: Mumbai. Candidate must be familiar with city routes and distributor network
Requirements:
-Own two-wheeler for local travel
-Strong sales drive and field execution capability
-Ability to lead a team of up to 10 Sales Officers
-Distributor onboarding and relationship management
Key responsibilities:
1. Meet distributors and retailers to expand market reach
2. Lead and train a team of field sales executives
3. Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales and placement targets
4. Drive brand visibility and penetration in the market
