About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Manager who can help us build relationships and generate projects in newly handed-over housing societies and real estate developments.This is an opportunity to work closely with a boutique design studio and earn through both fixed and performance-linked incentives.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify new housing societies that are nearing handover or have recently been completed.
2. Build relationships with: Real estate builders, CRM teams, Brokers, channel partners, Society management committees (RWAs).
3. Introduce our design services to new homeowners through direct outreach, WhatsApp groups, local events, or society tie-ups.
4. Coordinate client meetings with our design team.
5. Represent our brand at site visits, marketing activations, or model flat displays.
6. Maintain a regular pipeline of leads and follow up for conversion.
