About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Dental Field Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our dental products and solutions to dental professionals, clinics, and institutions. This role requires a strong understanding of dental products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
2. Visit clients in the field to present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to dental professionals on product usage and benefits.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the dental community.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
6. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs in a timely manner.
7. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and expand market presence.
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
