About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Create and manage detailed production schedules
2. Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production timelines
3. Ensure deadlines are met for shoots, edits, and deliveries
4. Develop and monitor production budgets
5. Handle cost estimates, resource allocation, and expense tracking
6. Negotiate vendor and talent contracts within budget
7. Hire and manage production crew and freelancers
8. Ensure clear communication between departments such as direction, camera, sound, and editing
9. Assign tasks and resolve team issues efficiently
10. Arrange locations, permits, and equipment rentals
11. Oversee transportation, accommodation, and meals for cast and crew
12. Ensure availability of props, costumes, and other materials
13. Oversee the daily operations on set
14. Troubleshoot any on-site production issues
15. Maintain production quality and safety standards
16. Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and copyright guidelines
17. Maintain accurate production reports and call sheets
18. File and manage necessary paperwork and release forms
19. Act as a bridge between producers, directors, and technical teams
20. Communicate changes in schedule or budget promptly
21. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients
22. Collaborate with editors, sound designers, and VFX teams
23. Ensure timely delivery of final content
24. Manage feedback and revision workflows
