About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Executive to join our team at ShftX Company. As a Finance Executive, you will play a key role in managing our company's finances and ensuring financial stability and growth.Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee all accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, invoice processing, Sale and Purchase Invoices and P&L management.
2. Utilize strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices to maintain accurate financial records.
3. Proficient in MS-Excel, Tally, and financial modeling to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
4. Ensure compliance with GST regulations and prepare timely and accurate tax filings.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies and achieve company goals.
6. Provide financial reports and insights to senior management to support decision-making processes.
7. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline financial operations
8.Excellent Working knowledge of Tally ERP-9, MS-office, Google Drive, Email writing
9.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
