We are seeking an experienced finance operations manager with a strong background in NBFCs and digital lending to manage and optimize financial operations and partner integrations. The ideal candidate has handled key B2B
accounts, worked closely with fintech platforms (like Razorpay, PayU, etc.), and served as the critical bridge between customers and finance partners to deliver
seamless EMI financing options.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account management: Handle end-to-end operations of key B2B sales accounts and maintain strong client relationships to ensure seamless financing experiences.
2. Finance partner integration: Lead the integration and operational setup with third-party finance players such as Razorpay, PayU, Pine Labs, ZestMoney, etc., ensuring timely and accurate processing.
3. Customer communication & support: Explain financing workflows, EMI schemes, and approval processes to clients and B2B customers, acting as the go-to expert for all financing-related queries.
4. Operational bridge: Liaise between finance partners, internal sales teams, and end customers to ensure smooth EMI rollouts, faster disbursals, and quick issue resolution.
5. Process optimization: Analyze and streamline current processes to improve turnaround time and reduce friction in customer journeys for EMI and lending options.
6. Compliance & documentation: Ensure all financial operations comply with regulatory norms and maintain proper documentation and MIS for internal and external audits.
7. Performance monitoring: Monitor partner SLAs, reconciliation, payment settlements, and transaction-level performance of various finance partners.
